2 doctors from Delhi’s Safdarjung hospital tested positive of coronavirus

Coronavirus pandemic has caused a lot of stir all around the world. Now, India is suffering the brunt of the disease, with infections soaring high and not knowing when to stop and deaths just about to inch towards 40, it is no less than a catastrophe.

Amidst this crisis, Doctors are suffering the disease too. In Delhi news of doctors getting infected hasn’t stopped yet.

Two doctors from mohalla clinics were confirmed positive, then another private practitioner was found positive, then a doctor from Delhi’s cancer hospital was declared positive. Now news has surfaced that two doctors from Safdarjung hospital have been found coronavirus positive.

One doctor was working with coronavirus patients while the other was just a PG student of a department in that hospital.

An ANI tweet states, “2 resident doctors of Safdarjung hospital have tested positive for #COVID19 – a male doctor posted in COVID-19 unit and another resident doctor, a 3rd-year female PG student from the Biochemistry department. According to the officials, she has a past travel history aboard.”
