A 5-year-old girl named Sanjana from Chennai is all set to set a World Record. On Independence Day, she shot 111 arrows in 13 minutes.

However, it is reported that this is not only feat she achieved.

She managed to hit the bull’s eye while being suspended upside down! Not only that, but she did so without stopping at all.

Take a look at the budding archer. ANI posted photos of Sanjana with her award as well as her being in action.

Her trainer, Shihan Hussaini, proudly told the news agency about her achievement, “ Sanjana became the first child in the entire world to set a record for shooting 111 arrows in 13 minutes and 12 seconds in the upside-down position. She has set a mind-blowing record. We are going to send it to the Guinness Book of World Record for validation.”

She was able to set the record at an event in the city where Pramod Chandurkar, Secretary-General of the Archery Association of India was present as the chief guest. Along with him, president of the Delhi Archery Association, Virendra Sachdeva was also there.

AAI’s chairman saw the event online along with a panel of judges who recorded the proceedings that will be sent to Guinness.

For Sanjana’s father, this is just the beginning of a lifelong. Talking to the news agency, he expressed his desire to see his daughter representing India in archery at the Olympics as soon as she is eligible, “Sanjana will make one record every Independence Day till she is 10 years old after which she will train for the Olympics in the year 2032, bring home several gold medals, and make her country proud.”

Not just her father, even the netizens are in awe of her. Many called her an ‘Indian warrior’ and ‘child prodigy.’ ‘She will surely bring Indian archery to the top of the world,’ a user lauded her achievements.
