After ‘cheapest smartphone’, Ringing Bells to launch ‘cheapest HD LED TV’

Ringing Bells, the makers of the “cheapest smartphone” Freedom 251, are now planning to take on the TV market by storm. They plan to launch the “cheapest” HD 32-inch LED TV called the Freedom in the first week of July for under ₹10,000.

Offering a big-size TV for the price of a smartphone, it is not sure as to how Ringing Bells can offer a quality product.

“These will be the cheapest television sets in India and will be available for less than ₹10,000. Within two days, the delivery would be made and we will sell them online,” Ringing Bells Founder and CEO Mohit Goel said, adding that the company currently has one lakh such pieces in stock. In comparison, the cost of 32-inch HD LED TV sets normally begins from ₹13,000, Goel added.
