Bharti Airtel has launched its ultrafast 5G services in Raipur and Durg-Bhilai, two cities in Chhattisgarh. Customers in these two cities will have access to no-cost, high-speed Airtel 5G Plus services until the network is more widely available.
“I am thrilled to announce the launch of Airtel 5G Plus in Raipur and Durg-Bhilai. Airtel customers in these two cities can now experience ultrafast network and enjoy speeds upto 20-30 times faster than the current 4G speeds. We are in the process of lighting up entire cities which will allow customers to enjoy superfast access to High-definition video streaming, gaming, multiple chatting, instant uploading of photos and more,” said Sujay Chakrabarti, CEO, Bharti Airtel, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.

The telecommunications provider stated in a news statement that its 5G services will be made accessible to customers in stages as the company continues to construct its network and complete the rollout. Future expansion of Airtel’s network will extend its services to more locations in these cities.
