Ajay Devgn’s latest release, Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior has managed to impress the audience. The UP government has declared the movie tax free.
The film stars Ajay as the fearless Maratha warrior Tanhaji Malusare and Kajol as his wife Savitribai. Saif Ali Khan plays the role of Udaybhan Singh Rathod.
After the development, Ajay Devgn took to Twitter and thanked the UP Chief Minister along with urging him to watch the film.
The actor wrote, “Thank you Shri Yogi Adityanathji for making #TanhajiTheUnsungWarrior Tax-Free in Uttar Pradesh. I would also be delighted Sir if you watched our film @myogiadityanath #TanhajiUnitesIndia”

Tanhaji The Unsung Warrior has been directed by Om Raut and also stars Sharad Kelkar in the role of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.
Tanhaji hit the silver screens on January 10 and minted Rs 15.1 crore on day one. It clashed with Deepika Padukone starrer Chhapaak at the box office.
