Jharkhand High Court’s Justice Anant Bijay Singh on Monday resigned from him post as a judge. According to the early reports, Singh has been appointed as National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) Judicial Member following his resignation.
Singh was elevated as an Additional Judge of the Jharkhand High Court in April, 2016. In January 2018, he was made a permanent judge of the High Court.
