April 2023 Purnima: In Hinduism and other Indian religions, the full moon day is referred to as Purnima. “Purna” means “full” and “Ma” means “moon” in Sanskrit, from which “Purnima” is derived. Purnima is an auspicious day in Hinduism associated with numerous religious and cultural rituals.
