While speaking to the media, one of the lawyers representing Aryan Khan said that they have full faith in the judiciary and they are hoping to get some relief from the Bombay High court. “We have not been told the grounds on which our bail plea was rejected,” he said.
A special NDPS court on Wednesday rejected Aryan Khan’s bail application in the alleged rave party case.
It was on October 14 that the court, while hearing the bail plea of the 23-year-old, had reserved its order till October 20 citing Dussehra festivities and the long weekend. Apart from Aryan, the bail plea of his friend Arbaaz Merchant, and other accused were also heard today in the court.
According to a news report in India Today, “The courts will go on vacation in the first week of November with Diwali on November 4. If Aryan Khan doesn’t get bail before the first week of November, his jail stay will be prolonged further.
