Assam 10th Board Exam 2020 begins under strict security, 3.5 lakh students appear

There has been strict vigilance for the 10th board exam 2020 at the exam centre that has begun today.

Assam 10th Board Exam 2020: Assam Class 10th state board exams have begun from Monday, February 10, 2020, under the strict security of administration and police officials. Earlier, as per the official date sheet issued by Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA), there has been strict vigilance for the 10th board exam 2020 at the exam centre that has begun today.

Over 3.58 lakh students will be appearing for High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) exams all across 860 examination centres. Out of the total, 3.48 lakh students will appear for the exam while the leftover that is, 9,707 candidates will appear for the Assam High Madrassa exam.

This year, there has been an increase of 6000 students for the Class 10 Board Exam.

Most importantly, to control any instances of malpractices and cheating at the exam centre, there has been deployed police and other agencies to ensure decorum, security and surveillance. SEBA has also installed CCTV cameras at all the examination centres and also setup wup Flying Squads that will help to keep a close vigil at the centres.
