Sometime back it was reported that Sara Ali Khan and Dhanush has been roped in Aanand L Rai’s next project. It has surely left the fans curious about it.
Now in another development, Akshay Kumar joins Sara Ali Khan and Dhanush for a cameo in the Aanand L Rai directorial Atrangi Re.
Sara announced the news with an interesting photo and wrote, “I can’t believe my luck My next film: ATRANGI RE…Blessed to be working with @aanandlrai sir…In an @arrahman musica;…And so thankful to have @akshaykumar sir join hands with the extremely talented and incredibly humble @dhanushkraja and myself.”

Akshay Kumar was quoted as saying in a statement, “It is a very challenging character to play but at the same time it is such a special role that my heart just couldn’t say no to it and I will remember it for the rest of my life.” The 52-year-old actor also said that he looks forward to working with the two lead actors.
“My combination with Sara and Dhanush truly makes it true to its title – ‘Atrangi’! And I know that Aanand in his special and simple way of storytelling will only add magic to it. As I said, my heart just couldn’t let this one go,” Akshay added.
Recently, Sara was spotted at Rai’s office. On the other hand, Atrangi Re will be Dhanush’s second outing with Rai. He made his Bollywood debut with much-loved 2013 film Raanjhanaa, also starring Sonam Kapoor and Abhay Deol.
