Ayodhya: Heavy police deployment ahead of VHP’ Dharma Sabha

A couple of days before the show is set to take place by right-wing parties to demand the construction of Ram temple, the location has been put under heavy protection. Around 700 policemen are currently protecting the area. Vishwa Hindu Parishad, supported by Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh has organised a Sabha this Sunday.

Shiv Sena has asked its workers to reach Ayodhya.

Earlier, Sanjay Raut, a Shiv Sena leader had said that “We demolished the Babri Masjid in 17 minutes but for the paperwork why it is taking so much time for drafting a law or ordinance.”

The town has been divided into multiple zones and sectors with drone cameras deployed across Ayodhya for maintaining law and order situation. The police deployment consists of a DIG, an ADGP, three SSPs, multiple DSSps and 700 Constables along with 160 inspectors.
