The man who is stealing hearts of everyone, Vicky Kaushal has this time failed to impress the audience by setting his foot in a horror thriller film, which didn’t turn out to be a good one for him. The film earned Rs 16.36 crore in its first weekend, witnessed a huge drop as it earned around Rs 2 crore on Monday.
The film is directed by Bhanu Pratap Singh, has received mixed reviews from the audience and critics alike but it failed to allure the masses to the theatres.
Ayushmann Khurrana’s Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhaan has given a tough clash to Vicky Kaushal starrer and thus it became a reason for its major drop. Shubh Mangal Zyaada Saavdhan has earned about Rs 36 Crore by the fourth day and thus has raised the expectation from the Vicky Kaushal’s horror venture that has turned out to be a huge disappointment for his fans.
Kaushal plays a surveying officer in the film who is assigned to look into the case of an abandoned ship that mysteriously landed at the shores of Mumbai. The film also stars Bhumi Pednekar and Ashutosh Rana in key roles.
