BIEAP 2020: Step-by-step guide to apply for recounting, re-verification of answer sheets

Students can apply through the Board's official website and select the re-verification/ recounting of evaluated answer sheets in the student services section of the website.

After the declaration of Andhra Pradesh inter first and second-year results on June 12, Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh (BIEAP) has released the application forms for rechecking and re-verification of the result. Re-verification includes the revaluation of answer sheets and a scanned copy of the evaluated answer script will be provided to the student.

Students can apply through the Board’s official website and select the re-verification/ recounting of evaluated answer sheets in the student services section of the website.

Application fees:

Recounting of marks: Rs 260 per subject

Reverification of valued answer sheets: Rs. 1300 per paper

Steps to apply for recounting, re-verification of answer sheets:

  • Visit the official website of the Andhra Pradesh Inter Board (BIEAP) bie.ap.gov.in and click on the student button.
  • Click on ‘Recounting of marks’ or ‘Reverification of valued answered scripts’.
  • Enter hall ticket number, date of birth, and email-id.
  • Click on the ‘Get Data’ button.
  • Choose the submit and submit it.
  • Complete the payment and submit the final application.
  • Note down the application number for future reference.

This year, in Andhra Pradesh Inter first year, 59% of students passed in general streams, and 41% of students passed in the Vocational stream. In Andhra Pradesh Inter second year, 63% of students passed in the General stream, and 52% of students passed in the Vocational stream.

Around 10.17 lakh candidates had appeared for the AP Inter Exams this year. The number of candidates in Inter first year was around 5.1 lakh and the second year had 5.17 lakh candidates in attendance.
