Bihar cabinet expansion: Eight JDU leaders take oath as ministers in state government

After multiple ministers under Bihar government won the Lok Sabha 2019 elections, seats have gone vacant. state Chief Minister Nitish Kumar decided to re-shuffle the cabinet.

As per reports by a news agency, The JDU leaders who took oath today are Ashok Choudhary, Shyam Rajak, L Prasad, Bima Bharti, Ramsevak Singh, Sanjay Jha, Neeraj Kumar and Narendra Narayan Yadav

Sushil Modi, JD(U) ally and deputy Chief Minister of Bihar, said, “Nitish Kumar has offered BJP to fill the vacant ministerial seat” but the party decided to fill it later.
