A bizarre divorce plea has come to light where a man seeks separation from his wife on the grounds that his wife has been giving him four ‘laddoos’ each to eat in the morning and evening. He added that the behaviour of his wife changed completely after since she approached a ‘tantrik’.
According to reports, the man recently approached a family court and said his wife – acting under the instructions of the tantrik – did not allow him to eat anything else accept the ‘laddoos’ between meals. She fed him only laddoos even when he was unwell.
On hearing the case, the counselors of the family court were left puzzled. As quoted in the reports, the officials said that they are clueless what positive advice to give to the couple in a bid to resolve the matter.
“We can call the couple for counselling, but we can not treat the woman for being superstitious. She firmly believes that the laddoos will cure her husband and is unwilling to accept otherwise,” a counselor said.
