Directorate General Border Security Force, New Delhi has invited online applications from male Indian Citizens for filling up various Group ‘B’ and ‘C’ posts in the water wing of Border Security Force.
BSF has conducted this recruitment drive to fill up 317 vacancies to SI, HC, Mechanic, Electrician, and other various posts. Candidates should note that vacancies are subject to change (may increase or decrease). BSF reserves the right to make changes or cancel or postpone the recruitment without assigning any reasons.
Candidates can submit the online applications through the official website of BSF 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in Employment News Paper.
BSF Recruitment 2020 Examination Fee:
- The application should be accompanied by a Demand Draft/Postal order of Rs 200 for the post of SI (Master), SI (Workshop) and SI (Engine Driver).
- Candidates need to pay an examination fee of Rs 100 for the post of HC (Master), HC (Workshop), HC (Engine Driver) and CT (Crew).
- Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, BSF Candidates, and EX-Servicemen are exempted from paying an examination fee.
- Candidates should note that the fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
BSF Recruitment 2020 Educational Qualification:
- SI (Master): For this post, the candidate should be Class 12 pass or its equivalent from a recognised board or university.
- SI (Engine Driver): The candidates should be 10+2 or it’s equivalent from a recognised board or university.
- SI (Workshop): The applicant should have a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical from a recognised university/institute.
- HC (Master): For this post, the candidate should be Class 10 pass/matriculation from a recognised board
- HC Workshop: The candidate needs to be matriculation from a recognised board, Industrial Training Institute Diploma in respective trade (i.e. Motor Mechanic (Diesel/Petrol Engine)
- Machinist/Carpentry/Electrician/Air conditioner Technician/Electronics and Plumbing) from a recognised institution.
