Based on the complaint of the CO, Chutia police station on Friday lodged FIR against Tej Pratap under Indian Penal Code (IPC). An Investigating Officer has also been appointed to probe the matter.
The letter said, “The people of the country are engaged in combating once in a century disaster of Covid-19, which has affected millions and left thousands dead.”
According to the police, the accused constable has been identified as Anil Kumar.
