CBSE 10th Result 2021 toppers list: The Central Board of Secondary Education has declareed its class 10th board results at 12:00 pm today ( Tuesday, August 3). The results are available on the official website of CBSE at cbseresults.nic.in.

Students can also check their results at digilocker.gov.in or Umang App. To check CBSE class 10 result 2021, students must enter their roll number, centre number, school number and admit card details in the available fields. The board has also shared the direct link to find your roll number.

Students who had registered for the examination have been declared pass. The board has recorded a pass percentage of nearly 100 per cent.

CBSE 10th Result 2021: Pass Percentage, Past Trends

Statistics for the Class 10 2021 result would be shared in a short while. The board has reportedly released a near 100 percent result. Result of past year is expected to have improved this year.

CBSE 10th 2020 Result was announced on July 20, 2020. The board had cancelled a few papers last year in view of the pandemic and released the result based on the performance in other subjects. About 18 lakh students had appeared for CBSE 10th Board Exam in 2020. Of these, 91.46% students had passed the exam. The board had not released any merit list. The number of students who scored above 90% also dropped sharply from 12.78% in 2019 to 9.84% in 2020.

CBSE 10th Result 2021: Passing Criteria

To pass the exam, students need to score an aggregate of 33% in 5 subjects. Students must also score a minimum of 33% in each subject to be promoted. In case a student fails in one of the 5 subjects, he/she can then appear for the compartment exam. Also, in case a student has opted for more than 5 subjects and has 33% in 5 subjects – then he/she would be promoted without compartment.
