CBSE Class 10 Re-Evaluation 2026
CBSE has shared this order:
Step 1: Request Scanned Answer Books
If you want to see how your answers were checked, you first submit a request for the scanned copy of the evaluated answer book on the CBSE portal. This helps you spot any likely mismatch earlier before you decide to go for the next level of review.
Step 2: Marks Verification
Once the scanned answer book is available, candidates can request verification of marks if they think something went wrong, for example:
- Mistakes in total
- Answers left unassessed.
- Errors while moving marks into the final score.
Also, mark verification does not mean they will re-check the overall quality of answers, it’s basically only the marks part.
Step 3: Re-Evaluation
If after checking the scanned answer book, a student feels that some exact answers weren’t assessed properly, then they can apply for re-evaluation of those selected answers. The re-evaluation is only for the questions the candidate chooses.
