CBSE 12th Compartment Result 2020: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Friday, October 9, announced the Class 12 compartmental examinations results 2020. The CBSE Senior School Certificate or Class 12 Compartment Examination 2020 results can be checked by visiting the official website of CBSE at cbseresults.nic.in.
The students would also be able to check their CBSE compartment class 12 result 2020 via SMS, IVRS, DigiLocker, etc. The digital mark sheet, pass certificate and migration certificate of CBSE would be available on DigiLocker after a few days of declaration of the result.
CBSE Compartment Result 2020: Steps to check result
- Step-1: Candidates must visit the official website of CBSE i.e, cbse.nic.in.
- Step-2: Click on the result portal at the top of the homepage
- Step-3: Click on ‘Class 10th or 12th’(according to your respective class).
- Step-4: Students will be redirected to the result page
- Step-5: Enter the details to sign in.
- Step 6: Key in your name and class.
- Step-7: Enter the roll/enrolment number.
- Step-8: Input your password and enter the security pin.
- Step-9: Click on the ‘Sign In’ button
- Step-10: Students can check their results and saved it for future reference.

A total of 2,37,849 students have applied for the compartment exams, with 1,50,198 from class 10 and 87,651 from class 12. The compartment examinations for class 12 were conducted from September 22 to 29.
Candidates will also be allowed to apply for the process of re-evaluation and verification of marks. The application process for verification of marks would start from the third day from the date of declaration of the result to the fourth day from the date of declaration of result.
This year, the result announcement process was deferred because of the COVID-19 lockdown. The result for class 12 exam was announced on July 15, whereas class 10 on July 16. The pass percentage at class 10, 12 recorded at 91.46 per cent, and 88.78 per cent respectively.
