Renowned photographer Amit Khanna who was earlier in news for the success of web series ‘All About Section 377’ is now making it big with his latest ‘Glam Onn’ calendar.
The young talent crafted his entire creativity so well by bringing out the best from known actors like Neha Saxena, Shakti Arora, Mrunal Jain, Chetna Pande and Niti Taylor.
But what’s more interesting is that out of all his covers the one which turned the center of attraction for almost everyone was the ‘plus size’.
In an age where plus size women are facing several prejudices, Khanna felt the importance of breaking this amoral norm.
Amit dedicated the month of May to women who are happy in their skin and do not feel the pressure to run after the notion of the perfect body.
The pictures of the same are going viral on social media and have received many accolades and much appreciation.
“It’s good to see your work getting applauded. I dreamt of something like this and the output is making me only proud and happy. We must break these stereotypes and feel comfortable in our own skin”, said an overwhelmed Amit.
He adds, “Plus size modelling has come to India and it is a growing industry too. I feel why shame when you can be different and successful.”
The calendar depicts glamour in all walks of life.
