Covid-19 cases in Bihar live updates: Coronavirus cases are rising with each passing day in Bihar. As over 1 lakh migrants returned to Bihar on 83 special trains till Sunday, the number of coronavirus positive cases in the state has seen a rise too. Bihar Health Department confirms 9 new coronavirus positive cases in Bihar. The total cases surge to 733.

37 out of 38 districts of Bihar are infected by COVID-19. 24 in Madhubani, 19 in Bhojpur, 18 in Gopalganj, 14,14  in Aurangabad, and Bhagalpur respectively. 11, 11 in Champaran and Katihar respectively, 10 in North Champaran. 9,9 in Madhepura and Saharsha respectively. 8,8 in Siwan and Arwal respectively. 7 in Samastipur. 6, 6 in Gaya and Sitamarhi respectively. 5,5 in Jahanabad, Khagadia and Nawada respectively. 4 in Lakhisarai, Banka, and Vaishali respectivel. 3 in Muzaffarpur and Araria respectively, 2 in Purnia and Shekhpura respectively, 1 in Kisanganj and Supaul respectively. These districts are affected by the Coronavirus pandemic.

According to the orders issued by the union government on April 30, Bihar had five red zones including Patna, Rohtas, Munger, Gaya, and Buxar while 20 districts had been put in orange zones and rest 13 in green zones. But now there are likely more districts would be classified in red zones while resting in orange zones in the state.

Moreover, door to door screening has been completed in 36 districts of Bihar so far.
