16 more Coronavirus positive patients have been recovered in Bihar. Total 174 COVID-19 patients have won their battle against the deadly virus. The recovered patients are discharged from the Nalanda Medical College Hospital (NMCH).
Gajendra Shah, an auto driver in Bihar lost Rs 20,000 on his way to purchase a tin shed. He went to find his cash on the streets but couldn’t find it. Later, while returning home he discovered that some people had found the cash lying on the side of the road. The people informed the nearby police station and told the cops that the money was infected with the Covid-19 virus and that it had been kept there to spread the disease. After the verification process at the police station, the money was handed over to the owner.
6 new Corona positive patients are identified in 5 districts of Patna. With this, the total number of COVID-19 cases in Bihar rose to 542 to date. the death toll stands at 4 and 188 people have recovered so far. A total of 35 percent of the patients in the state have been cured and returned home.
As per the order issued by the union government on April 30, Bihar had five red zones including Patna, Rohtas, Munger, Gaya, and Buxar while 20 districts had been put in orange zones and rest 13 in green zones. But now there are likely more districts would be classified in red zones while resting in orange zones in the state.
102 in Munger, 52 in Rohtas, 45 at Buxar, 36 in Nalanda, 46 in Patna, 32 in Siwan, 32 in Kaimur, 18 in Gopalganj, 25 in Madhubani and 18 COVID-19 positive patients in Bhojpur have been identified. Out of 38 districts of Bihar, 32 districts are affected by coronavirus pandemic.

Principal Secretary, Health department Sanjay Kumar posted the status of coronavirus cases in each district of Bihar till date on twitter.
Mismanagement at the Higher Secondary school, the Quarantine Centre, at Badkhari Nagar, Begusarai resulted in unwanted rampage during the coronavirus crisis. Meanwhile,the district administration is claiming proper arrangements for the migrant workers coming from different states.
The workers alleged that there is no proper schedule for meals. They added that around 200 people are quarantined here yet there is no facility of toilets and handpump. They are also not able to sleep because of the mosquito outbreak at night.
