Coronavirus outbreak: Two COVID-19 suspects die in Bihar’s Begusarai district

In Bihar, there is panic in the entire district following the death of two suspects in Begusarai district. The family has escaped except the bodies and both the bodies are still kept in the house. No one is ready to lift the body.

Three days ago, a blood sample was sent from these two patients to check one, which had not come so far whether it was positive or negative. The patient was then asked to quarantine at home, after which he died.

In the second case, a woman patient has been taken to blood sample last night only then she was advised of isolation. Thereafter, she died and his body was lying in the village. The local watchman has now been instructed to conduct his funeral.

As per the media reports, the woman was a resident of Ward 5 of Sahebpurkamal’s Sanha North Panchayat in Begusaraia district, who died in Sadar hospital. She was referred to Begusarai Sadar Hospital from primary health centre on Thursday itself.

According to CO Jayakrishna Prasad, the deceased woman was suffering from diabetic and blood pressure disease from the east. People said that on the basis of suspicion, his family members are under investigation. The body has been sent directly from Sadar hospital to Munger Raj Ghat ambulance.

The woman is said to have come from Delhi on 19th March. According to medical officer Rakesh Kumar, a sample of the deceased has been sent to Patna for sample investigation in the case of death of a woman 61 of Sunha North Panchayat at Sadar Hospital.

At present, her family members have been kept in the home quarantine. The official said that we are taking the next vigilance by treating this case as infected with the Coronavirus. After the report comes, samples of the family will be sent for examination.

The body of the woman has also been lying in Sadar hospital since last night. The kin was afraid of going close to the body. In the morning, the hospital personnel took the bodies for the funeral.
