CSIR-UGC NET 2020: NTA opens choice of cities correction window today @ csirnet.nta.nic.in

National Testing Agency, NTA has opened the choice of city correction window for the CSIR-UGC NET Exam 2020. The correction window has been opened on October 19 and will close down on October 20, 2020. Candidates can make the changes on the official website of CSIR UGC NET at csirnet.nta.nic.in.

According to the official notice, “this is view of the demand from various students regarding correction in the choice of Cities in the Online Application Form for CSIR-UGC NET June 2020 due to the constraints being faced by the candidates in light of COVID-19 pandemic.”

CSIR-UGC NET Exam 2020: Know steps to make changes in choice of cities

Candidates who wish to make the changes can follow these simple steps mentioned below.

  • Go to the official site of CSIR UGC NET on csirnet.nta.nic.in.
  • Click on CSIR-UGC NET Exam 2020 choice of cities link available on the home page.
  • Key in their login credentials and make the corrections or changes.
  • Click on submit and your preferences would be submitted.
  • Download the confirmation page and keep a hard copy of the same for further reference.

The Agency does not make correction of any particulars that includes centers or cities, on the basis of the individual emails/calls/hard copies of letter etc. Therefore, candidates would have to avail the facility of correction window only through the official link.

At the same time, NTA has delayed Joint CSIR-UGC NET June 2020 Exam. The exam as per the official notice would now be held on November 19, 21 and 26, 2020.

The admit card for the same will release shortly prior to the commencement of the exam on the official site of NTA.
