Delhi Assembly Speaker Ram Niwas Goel was on Friday sentenced to six-month imprisonment for rioting and causing hurt at the house of a realtor in an East Delhi colony in 2015.
Goel along with his supporters had raided Manish Ghai’s house in Vivek Vihar on February 6, 2015, a day before Delhi Assembly polls.
Ram Niwas Goel is an Indian politician who has been a member of the Delhi Legislative Assembly since 2015.
