Delhi Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash, IAS (AGMUT: 86) has been transferred to Telecom Department as Additional Secretary, Department of Telecommunications. The vacancy caused due to the appointment of N Sivasailam, IAS (KN:85) as Special Secretary (Logistics), Department of Commerce.
Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash had moved the Delhi High Court, challenging the fresh proceedings initiated against him by the Question and reference Committee and the Protocol Committee of Delhi Assembly.
