In a bid to boost women’s participation in the workforce, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta unveiled a new loan scheme aimed at empowering female entrepreneurs. The program offers loans up to Rs 10 crore without requiring collateral, targeting the growth of women-led businesses.

Previously seen as a liability, India’s vast population can turn into an asset, she emphasized, through women’s empowerment.
