10.45 am: CM Kejriwal becomes first Delhi CM to take oath at Ramlila Maidan
Arvind Kejriwal is the first Delhi Chief Minister to take oath at the Ramlila Maidan, while his predecessors were sworn in at the Raj Niwas.
In the 2013 Delhi Assembly polls, Kejriwal became the chief minister and took oath for the first time at Ramlila Maidan. After 49 days in office, Kejriwal resigned and Delhi went for polls in 2015.
From the same venue a year later on 14 February 2015, he took oath as the CM for the second time. He will be taking oath as the CM for the third time from Ramlila Maidan.

On Kejriwal’s advice, President Ram Nath Kovind has appointed six Cabinet Ministers for Delhi. They are Manish Sisodia, Satyendar Jain, Gopal Rai, Kailash Gehlot, Imran Hussain, and Rajendra Pal Gautam.
10.21 am: An uptight Security Stepped Up around Ramlila Maidan
The officials said 2,000 to 3,000 personnel from the Delhi Police and paramilitary forces, including the CRPF, will be deployed as part of the security arrangements. Drones are likely to be used for surveillance. Only one reporter and one camera person from every organization will be allowed to cover the event, according to officials.

The huge hoarding of ‘Dhanyavad Dilli’ along with Arvind Kejriwal’s image has been put up in and around the historic Ramlila Maidan for the swearing-in of the AAP supremo as chief minister of Delhi for the third successive time on Sunday.
The event is open to the public but they won’t see the usual gathering of political heavyweights. Around 50 people from different walks of life who are Delhi Ke Nirmata and contributed to the development of the city during the last five years will share the stage with Kejriwal during his ceremony as special guests, AAP leader Manish Sisodia said.
Those invited include international tennis player Sumit Nagal, Delhi government school student and beneficiary of Jai Bhim Mukhyamantri Pratibha Vikas Yojana who cracked IIT Vijay Kumar, mohalla clinic doctor Alka, bike ambulance service officer Yudhishtir Rathee, night shelter caretaker Shabina Naaz, bus marshall Arun Kumar, Signature bridge architect Ratan Jamshed Batliboi and metro pilot Nidhi Gupta.
