A fire occurred at a shoe factory on early Tuesday morning in Delhi’s Narela industrial area. As many as 12 fire tenders were rushed to the spot.

The fire department was alerted about the blaze around 3:15 am.

The factory is spread across three floors.

As per the early emerging reports, no casualties ave been reported. It is not known yet as to what caused the fire.

More details awaited in the story.

The incident has occurred just days after a huge fire broke out at a Karol Bagh hotel that killed 17 people. Two of the victims had jumped off the building in a desperate bid to save themselves. The people who died included three Myanmar nationals and an IRS officer.

Rakesh Goel, the owner of the hotel, was later arrested.
