Once again it was a disappointing morning to commuters as the Magenta line services of Delhi Metro were hit by a technical snag. Rush-hour passengers had to wait for more than half an hour on Line-8 section (Magenta Line) from Kalkaji Mandir to Botanical Garden from 7.25am to 8.30am on Tuesday, September 11.

The halt time displayed at the stations showed nearly 25 minutes.

According to DMRC, the services were affected due to signalling issue. “Due to a signalling issue at the Jasola Vihar station, train services were affected on Line-8 section (Magenta Line) from Kalkaji Mandir to Botanical Garden from 7.25am to 8.30am Tuesday,” a DMRC official said.
