Dhadak 2 Box Office Collection Day 1:Dhadak 2 kinda crawled out of the gate, honestly. By 2 PM, it had scraped together about ₹0.79 crore, and by 4 PM, it was sitting at ₹1.27 crore accotd8ng to Sacnilk data. Not exactly the thunderous start you’d want for a big, intense romance.
Dhadak 2 Box Office Collection Day 1
So, the film managed a 15% morning occupancy rate, which surprisingly puts it ahead of Son of Sardaar 2. Top five Bollywood openings for 2025 in the early slots, but let’s not pretend that’s a huge flex. Afternoon numbers crept up to almost 19%, but the evening turnout was still a mystery as of writing.

Advance Bookings Records
Advance bookings didn’t exactly set the world on fire. 18,000 tickets sold before release, that’s not really something to brag about. Plus, Dhadak 2 only landed on around 1,000 screens. So even if people wanted to watch, it wasn’t exactly everywhere. You can’t fill seats that don’t exist.

Meanwhile, Saiyaara’s out here eating everyone’s lunch, still pulling in ₹6.5–7 crore on its fifteenth day. That’s wild. Mahavatar Narsimha’s also hanging around, stealing some thunder. Basically, Dhadak 2 is fighting an uphill battle, and unless it gets some killer word-of-mouth, it’s gonna be tough to keep up.
Can it break Saiyaara’s record?
Look, by late afternoon Dhadak 2 was somewhere between ₹0.8–1.3 crore. If the stars align, maybe it’ll scrape together ₹2.5–3 crore for Day 1. The first Dhadak did ₹8.7 crore on opening day so, yeah, not even close. And Saiyaara? That thing exploded with a ₹24 crore opening. Dhadak 2’s not even in the same league.
Honestly, unless something wild happens, Dhadak 2’s weekend isn’t looking great. Limited screens, not much buzz, and two big competitors hogging the spotlight. If people suddenly start raving about it, maybe it’ll bounce back a bit. But overtaking Saiyaara? Not happening unless there’s some kind of miracle.
