After the ICC World Cup clash between India and Pakistan, a photograph of Indian National Congress Thiruvananthapuram Member of Parliament Shashi Tharoor with a group of women went viral on the social media.
The photograph is making rounds on Facebook and Whatsapp. Several netizens have also believed to the claim and reacted to it. The claim is apparently false as the picture was posted by Congress MP himself on February 19, 2018.
Tharoor had tweeted, “With the women of Indore’s Entrepreneurs’ Organisation after a three-hour interaction tonight.” Hence, the images shared on the internet have been wrongly interpreted.
