- Divya Bharti along with them was drinking alcohol and about 11 PM she went to the Kitchen to fetch something from her maid Amrita.
- While she was standing near a wide window that doesn’t have grills on it, the actress in order to make an attempt to sit on the window pane lost her balance and fell from the building.
- The actress was taken to the hospital as she was still alive, on reaching the hospital she was declared dead by the doctors.
