Vadodara: A woman who works as a labourer has lodged a complaint of rape against the luxury bus driver and conductor with the Porbandar police on Thursday.
The complainant told the police that she boarded the bus from Koksi town in MP to come to Porbandar on Wednesday night.
She further added to it that the driver and conductor too her to the roof of the bus and assaulted her sexually, they eve threatened her to throw her off from the bus. After reaching Porbandar, she informed about the incident to her nephew who informed the cops about the rape.
The Porbandar police stopped the bus and arrested both the accused, the driver was identified as Nanabhai and the conductor was identified as Kapil.
After that, the police transferred the complaint to Chota Udepur police station as the rape was allegedly committed there.
The survivor was in Kuksi town for around 10 days as she went there with her husband and she stayed back and boarded a bus on Thursday to Porbandar alone. At 9 pm, the bus stopped at a hotel and all the passengers got down to have dinner where she asked the bus driver to make some space for her to sleep, at that time the bus driver and conductor took her to the bus roof and allegedly raped her.
