The company has acknowledged that if an employee is going to the toilet more than once, they will get 20 yuan or Rs 220 as a fine.
Toilet policy implemented due to this
Citing the reason for implementing the policy, the company officials said that these steps were taken because of lazy employees who sometimes used to take toilet breaks to avoid work. A notice was also issued in this regard, of which some employees took photos that went viral on social media. After this, the company had sacked 7 employees on December 20 and 21. Bonus deducts penalty money
The company’s spokesperson said that employees are lazy, and they avoid their work. He said they have been talked about this many times. So, the company has taken these steps after there was no change. According to the company, the better option than to sack people from their job is to take fines from them.
