A thief has gained the notice of thousands of people when after stealing the laptop of a university student, the thief wrote an apologetic e-mail to the student.
Stevie Valentine, a man with the twitter handle, @StevieBlessed, shared the story on the social platform. In the email, the thief while apologizing asked if there are any files in the laptop that the student might night.
In the tweet, Valentine shared the e-mail that was sent to his flatmate from the thief.

The email read, “I am very very sorry for taking your laptop I am extremely poor and needed the money. I left your phone and wallet so I hope that slightly makes up for something.” It further said, “I can see you are a university student. If there is(are) any files such as university work on here that you need, let me know and I will send them to you here.”
