Coronavirus outbreak has led to a massive worldwide all around the world. Amid such a scare situation in the world, there is a lot of misinformation being spread on social media. To avert them there are certain guidelines and advisories being issued too.
Recently, a viral claim circulating on WhatsApp claiming movement restrictions issued by the Government of India is doing rounds all over the social media.
The viral post is in a press release form which says that National Security Council of Government of India has issued it thereby restricting the movement amid the coronavirus scare in the nation.

However, the official handle of PIB India has refuted any such claim and in a post cleared that no such press release has been issued by the Government of India.
In the post, they said, “This press release has not been issued by the National Security Council of Government of #India. It is being circulated with mischievous intentions, to create panic. Pl do not fall prey to such attempts.”
