Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE) has issued an official notification on Wednesday, March 1, 2020, to inform all concerned about fake notifications about ICSE and ISC board examination 2020, being circulated on social media.

According to the notification, there are around four fake notices that are doing rounds on social media. Out of four, two of the fake documents are dated April 1 while the other two are dated February 7 and March 28 respectively.

The council in its notice reads, “It is hereby clarified that CISCE has not cancelled the remaining ICSE and ISC papers, nor released any revised schedule for the examination.”

The first document incorrectly claimed that the remaining test papers for the ICSE and ISC 2020 exams have been cancelled, while the second document is a forged press release, which contains the revised dates of the ICSE and ISC board exams from April 16 to April 22.

The third document on March 28 said that the results will be announced based on six subjects that have already appeared. The fourth document dated February 7th was a false notice related to the ISC English I paper. These documents are all forged.

CISCE has asked all concerned to visit the official website of CISCE to get the latest information about the exam.
