After that, they can use the designated toll plaza with either unlimited rides or reduced-charge rides for a fixed span of time.

Who Is Eligible?
Eligibility conditions may vary by toll plaza, but generally applicants must:
- Be residents living within the prescribed distance from the toll plaza.
- Own a vehicle registered in their name.
- Have an active FASTag linked to the vehicle registration number.
- Provide valid address proof and vehicle registration documents.
FASTag Monthly Local Pass: Documents Required
You need to submit the following documents along with the application for FASTag:
- Registration Certificate (RC) of the vehicle.
- Passport size photograph of the vehicle owner.
- KYC documents as per the category of the vehicle owner.
- Online Portal for customers
- Active FASTag details
How to Apply for a FASTag Monthly Local Pass?
1. Go to the official website of IHMCL and click on ‘buy monthly FASTag Pass’.
2. Select a particular toll plaza and complete the captcha verification. Then you will be redirected to a new page where you will be required to enter your FASTag ID or Vehicle Registration Number.
3. Select the type of pass and scheme and proceed for payment. After you make payment, a receipt will be generated and users are advised to print/download the receipt.
Can Existing FASTag Users Apply?
Yes, existing FASTag users can activate a monthly local pass on their current FASTag if they meet the eligibility criteria and if the toll plaza supports that facility too.
