FIR filed against Coaching institute in Kota for instigating students to protest amid lockdown

PATNA: The local police have registered a case against coaching institutes for instigating stranded Bihar students in Kota to protest amid lockdown. The FIR has been lodged against coaching institutes for provoking the students to violate lockdown norms and social distancing.

Students belonging to the other states have returned to their respective homes, however, the path of Bihari students’ return to home has not yet been decided.

After when the Bihar government refused to bring back the children of their own state stuck in Kota, students were seen overnight on the streets of Kota. They expressed their pain by sitting on the road. During the lockdown, they followed social distancing and kept demanding that the Bihar government should decide to call them back home.

The Bihar government has made it clear many times that they don’t want people from outside to come to the state in the lockdown period.
