Many people in Florida use EBT cards to buy groceries instead of relying on traditional food assistance. The electronic cards come in plain white envelopes and automatically recharge every month with no expiration date. If your cards are lost, stolen, or damaged, we will replace them and deliver new ones within five to seven business days.

Instructions come with EBT cards, which are redeemable at businesses with the QUEST logo or those that specifically support EBT. Purchases financed with SNAP benefits are exempt from sales tax. At cash withdrawal terminals bearing the Quest logo, one may withdraw cash.

How do I verify my SNAP benefits in Florida?

You have three options for determining the balance on your Florida EBT Card: in-person, over the phone, or online. Ensure you have your Florida EBT Card and its 16-digit number readily available before continuing. In addition, your four-digit PIN, which was generated during card activation, is required.

To verify the remaining balance, please visit any Quest ATM region or consult your recent purchase receipt if you prefer to make the transaction in person. Additionally, you may call the toll-free Florida EBT Customer Service number, which is available around the clock, at 1-888-356-3281 and enter your 16-digit EBT Card number when prompted.
