Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday spoke to Former Gujarat Chief Minister Shankersinh Vaghela after he tested positive for coronavirus.
Vaghela was taken to the hospital after he reported high-fever and tested positive after the coronavirus test.
Fondly known as ‘Bapu’, Shankersinh Vaghela tendered his resignation from his post as well as the primary membership of the Sharad Pawar-led party last Monday. He was upset with his replacement by Jayant Patel (Boski).
