While the ‘Godi Media’ is taking the crown and applause in these times.

Ramon Magsaysay Award winner wrote

”Dear Jailer Sahab,

The history of India is looking over to you for these black days. Free voices and journalists who ask questions are being taken by their police at night. FIR is being done in far-flung areas. Keep these voices with care. Tell your children in the WhatsApp app chat that who have asked question is kept in their jail. It Looks bad but this is my job. Your children will search on google for the name, who is sending them to jail. The bigger officers like, IAS and IPS will ask their children to not to become journalists. They will explain that if I don’t, then another uncle will put you in jail. Do this, be slaves and be out of jail.

Bharat Mata is watching, the ‘Godi Media’ is being crowned and free voices are being sent to jail. Independent journalists on digital media have done a good job. Farmers have seen that the news of the Kisan agitation from YouTube channel and Facebook live have reached every village. FIRs are being made on minor mistakes and separate claims. This place of free voices being closely watched by the ‘biggest jailer’. Jailer Sahab, you are not even a real jailer. The jailer is someone else. If this is good, then in this budget, the Prime Minister should have a jail-prisoner scheme, MANREGA should create a jail in every village and those who speak should be put in jail. The jail-makers should also be put in jail. The one who look at those jails should also be jailed. It should be said that the Prime Minister’s jail closure scheme has been introduced. Please be silent.

If the journalists who ask questions are kept in jail, there will be two things. The newspaper will emerge from the jail and people who are with ‘them’ will write for outside newspapers. It will not be a good thing for the world guru India. I request that the cases should be withdrawn against all journalists including Siddhartha Varadarajan, Rajdeep Sardesai, Amit Singh. Mandeep Punia to be released. The game of FIR to be closed.”

Note one of my point and keep that in your purse. On the day the people understand this game, they will write on the walls of tractors, buses and trucks, planes, bullet trains, mandis, fairs, markets, and urinals in villages of the country.

“No country is free from the slave media. The freedom from ‘Godi Media’ will bring new freedom.

Ravish Kumar”
