The novel coronavirus has impacted major aspects of the society including sports. With the increasing number of COVID-19 cases across the globe, there have been cancellations and postponing of sports events and matches. Tokyo 2020 Olympics, which was to be conducted by Japan this summer has been postponed. Moreover, IPL(Indian Premier League) has been cancelled this year.
Recently, a major development has taken place in the Football game, the football league season in South Korea restarted on May 8 after several weeks of postponement due to the outbreak of coronavirus.
The postponed Belgian Cup final has been rescheduled for August 1.

Bayern Munich vs Borussia Monchengladbach
The match between Bayern Munich and Borussia Monchengladbach is scheduled for June 13. Borussia and Bayern Munich have been two of German football’s biggest rivals. Bayern clinched 65 percent of all domestic titles (championship and cup) this decade, the highest percentage in one decade and the highest percentage in Europe’s top five leagues this decade.
Juventus vs AC Milan
The Coppa Italia semi-final second leg will take place on June 12. Juventus vs AC Milan scored 1-1 in the Coppa Italia semi-final first leg held on February 13.
Manchester City vs Arsenal
The Premier League between Manchester City and Arsenal will be held on June 18. Kevin De Bruyne scored two spectacular goals and set up another to inspire a 3-0 victory for Manchester City at Arsenal.
Napoli vs Inter Milan
The Coppa Italia semi-final second leg between Napoli and Inter Milan is scheduled for June 13. The first leg of the Coppa Italia semi-final took place on February 12, in which Napoli won.
RB Leipzig vs Borussia Dortmund
Bundesliga between RB Leipzig and Borussia Dortmund will be held on June 20. RB Leipzig appointed Julian Nagelsmann as Ralf Rangnick’s replacement in 2019 after his amazing performance.
Real Madrid vs Valencia
The Spanish Football league, La Liga between Real Madrid and Valencia will take place on June 19. A total of 62 teams have competed in La Liga since its inception. Nine teams have been crowned champions, with Real Madrid winning the title a record 33 times and FC Barcelona 26 times.
Everton vs Liverpool
Everton vs Liverpool premier league is scheduled on June 21. The decision on the venue of the game, however, has been delayed.
Sevilla vs FC Barcelona
The La Liga between Sevilla and FC Barcelona will also take place on June 21. There have been many memorable matches between both teams. Two years ago the clubs met in European competition, after Barcelona clinched the Champions League and Sevilla ran out Europa League winners.
RB Leipzig vs Borussia Dortmund
Bundesliga is scheduled for June 20 between RB Leipzig and Borussia Dortmund.
Tottenham Hotspur vs Manchester United
The Premier League between these Football Clubs will be played on June 20. The Red Devils go into the fixture at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on the back of an 11-match unbeaten run but the break could potentially work against them. Jose Mourinho and his Tottenham team are currently busy practicing ahead of their Premier League return.
