HPBOSE HP Board 12th Result 2020: The Himachal Pradesh Board of Secondary Education, HPBOSE, has declared the HP Board 12th Results 2020 today i.e., on June 18, on its official website. This year the pass percentage is 76.07% which is around 14% higher than the previous year.
Students who appeared can now check their HPBOSE 12th result 2020 online at the official website hpbose.org.
This year, girls outscored boys. The pass percentage of girls is 79.75 while the pass percent of boys is 72.42. In the year 2019 also, girls had outperformed boys with a pass percent of 66.77 while the pass percent of boys is 57.74.
Earlier, the officials had confirmed the postponement of the result, they also hinted that students can expect their HP Board Class 12 Results 20 be announced by June 20, 2020.
HPBOSE 12th Result 2020: Arts topper
- Shruti Kashyap of Govt Senior Secondary School, Rampur Bushahr has topped in Arts stream. She has scored 98.2% in her exams.
- Sushant Chauhan of Govt Shamsher senior secondary School, Nahan has bagged the second position in arts stream with 97.8% in exams.
HPBOSE 12th Science Result 2020:
- Prakash Kumar of Kullu Science School of Education, Dhalpur has secured 99.4% to grab science topper first rank in the state.
HPBOSE 12th Commerce Result 2020:
- Megha Gupta of Govt Girls Senior Secondary School has bagged the first position in commerce stream with a total of 97.6% in exams.
- Ambika Vikram, student of SD Senior Secondary School, Solan has scored 96.8% in commerce stream to secure second position in the state.
“This year, the number of male students supersede that of female students, 43,410 male in comparison to 42,898 female students. A total of 325 students did not appear in the exam,” chairman Suresh Soni told to media.

- Step 3: Enter the Exam Roll Number and Other Details Asked on the website

- Step 6: Download the scorecard for future reference in PDF format
New vocational courses been introduced:
For the next academic year, the board has introduced 15 new vocational courses from class 9th to class 12th. The courses are developed for specific vocational jobs in various sectors such as IT, ITS, healthcare, media, beauty and wellness, tourism, electronics, plumber, etc.
Pandit Sunder Lal Sharma Central Institute of Vocational Education, Bhopal will prepare the syllabus for these subjects.
