Deepika-Ranveer have married “a number of times”

While in conversation at 16th Hindustan Times Leadership Summit, Deepika Padukon and Ranveer Singh were apparently shot with the row of questions about their wedding. The first question had to be – when is the wedding – to which the couple neatly cornered saying “will speak about it when it actually happens.”

The power couple Deepika and Ranveer have not discussed the subject of their wedding or relationship in the public and once against, the duo decided to dodge the question and answered, “You are seeing this everyday, including details about the colour of my sherwani and wedding gifts.” “According to reports, we have married a number of times and a lot has happened in our life,” said Ranveer adding, “But, when there is something, you will be the first to know.”

Apart from the entire conversation about wedding, the most admired couple surprised everyone with their spontaneous dance on the stage. They danced to the song Khalibali from Padmaavat, their last film together.

Speaking on Bollywood’s #MeToo

Artfully escaping any controversy in the Bollywood, The couple kept their stands on sexual harassment.

“Harassment anywhere and in any form is wrong,” said actor Ranveer Singh adding, “It takes a lot of courage to come out and speak about harassment, but if it has actually happened. It is wrong and I condemn it.”

On the other hand, Deepika said “The #MeToo movement isn’t just about gender, it’s about right versus wrong.”

On the work front, Ranveer will next be seen in Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy. He has finished shooting for the film and it’s in the post production stage. He is also shooting for Rohit Shetty’s Simmba in which he is playing a police officer. His third film is 83, a Kabir Khan directorial in which he is playing Kapil Dev. The film is about India’s unexpected win at the Cricket World Cup of 1983.

Deepika has just announced her next project, a film on acid attack survivor Laxmi, She will also be producing the film.
