IAS officer Athar Amir Khan, the second topper of the 2015 UPSC batch is reportedly marrying again. Khan exchanged rings with his soon-to-be wife, Dr Mehreen Qazi.
Earlier, Khan was married to IAS Topper Tina Dabi, in a hugely celebrated marriage but it ended in a divorce. Ms Dabi married a fellow officer in Rajashtan early this year.

Khan had married Tina Dabi on April 7, 2018. The two toppers met in Mussoorie, where they were taking IAS training.
After training, they got married in 2018. However, the much-celebrated wedding did not last long. Khan and Dabi got divorced on August 10, 2021.
In April this year, Tina Dabi and Dr Pradeep Gawande tied the knot in a private ceremony in Rajasthan’s Jaipur.

A resident of Umar Colony Lal Bazar, Dr Mehreen is working in a Delhi-based hospital. Besides being a medico, she is also involved in the fashion industry, promoting women-related brands. She has more than 200 thousand followers on Instagram.

Reportedly, the couple got engaged in May and are slated to marry this October. The engagement was confirmed by Khan on his Facebook wall, late in the night.
Mehreen is a qualified doctor and also hails from Kashmir. Dr. Mehreen has acquired her degrees in medicines from the UK and Germany.
She has been working as a Scientific Officer at the Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute & Research Centre.
