ICSI CS Foundation Result 2019: The result of CS Foundation programme exam released Saturday, January 25, 2020 by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) on its official website. Along with that the “All India Provisional Merit List – Foundation Programme” has also been released by the institute.
Candidates are required to visit the website and to key their roll number and registration number to check the result.
Candidates who had appeared for the ICSI CS Foundation Exam in the month of December 2019 can check their result by visiting the official website at icsi.edu. The ICSI CS Foundation exam had already been conducted on December 28 and 29, 2019.

Appeared candidates need to score a minimum of 40 per cent marks in every paper and also 50 per cent marks in aggregate in all subjects to qualify for the ICSI CS exam.
Last year, the pass percentage of the executive programme was 7.61 per cent (module I) and 10.25 per cent for (module II). While the pass percentage of a professional programme is 8.05 per cent (module I), 19.39 per cent (module II) and 14.96 per cent (module III).
