With the concept of dating apps being accepted in India, women are now more open to dating and relationship opportunities with the kind of men they want to be with. Dating apps have not only given women the right to choose but have also helped them with independence in decision making. Dating platforms have made women more confident in seeking for their one true love/one-night-stand /whatever they want. The experimentation or curiosity just a few years ago on dating apps has now become a socially acceptable avenue for finding relationships. The women of this country are now expressing their concrete choices to regenerate the concept of the New Woman of India.
